Water Trouble

This was a water backup that affected the sink, toilet, and tub of a residence.  Our crew also discovered standing black water; which is water that has come into contact with fecal matter.  Fortunately our customer called us within hours of the incident.  She informed us that she was concerned with the backup issue and didn't know how to fix the problem.  We explained to her that standing black water can be a serious problem.  If not dealt with in a timely manner, it will become stagnant, further putting her family and pets at risk.  Upon arrival, our crew was able to help her unclog the drain, clean and sanitized the affected area immediately.  When the job was completely done, our customer was thrilled with the results.
